Suck UK 10 Year Anniversary Party Invite
These invites were sent out to 400 special guests to celebrate Suck UK's tenth year in business. The mailer was a double sided print which unfolded, revealing a time-line as it did, including interesting facts, figures, and details of their progress as a company. I kept the information light hearted, and informal, including facts like how many days one of the directors spent in hospital after sitting on a scalpel, and how they used to cut metal in the local supermarket forecourt when they first started. I tried to accentuate how they had gained momentum, with the first few pages describing their hapless antics, building to the current, established professional approach.

The final page contained the party details, as well as a printed folded paper watch containing the date and a map, this is the part the guest needed to gain entry to the party. Only people wearing the watch to the evening would be allowed in. This exclusive way of getting in seemed to fit well with the whole time line idea and added to the feel of progress and momentum and the chronological layout of the invite. The nature of it folding up meant it could be sealed shut with an address sticker and mailed out without packaging or envelopes too.
